The CVMI-2023 invites proposals for tutorials on established and emerging topics in the area of computer vision, artificial intelligence, optimization, machine learning algorithms, and related applications. Each proposal should clearly specify the subject matter, a detailed outline of the major topics covered, goals of the tutorial and the intended audience.

A submission should include the following details:
Title of the tutorial, Presenters (Name, Affiliation and Brief
Bio), an abstract with maximum limit of 400 words, Duration
(max: 2 hours), Target audience, and how the intended target
audience would benefit from the tutorial. The submissions can be
submitted in a Word or PDF format.
